The Wildlife Job Application Academy is a hybrid online course and group mentoring program that walks you through how to write resumes and cover letters so by the end of this program, you’ll be getting invited to interview for wildlife positions. It uses the GEM Framework in applying to jobs: Gauge, Express, and Match.

Join me in an hour-long, one-time, highly personalized mentoring session where we focus on whatever challenge you are facing in your wildlife, conservation, or environmental career. I mentor people of all ages and from all walks of life. After you enroll, we will determine a date/time that works for you if my calendar does not fit your schedule. This does not include access to the Successful Wildlife Professional.

In a one-hour session over Zoom, I’ll interview you for 30 minutes, tailoring questions specifically to the position you are a candidate for, directly followed by another 30 minutes reviewing your responses with specific feedback to improve your responses and make you the strongest candidate possible.
